Begin afresh! Begin right!  The new academic year 2025-26 of Holy Redeemer English Medium School was gracefully inaugurated on June 2nd.

After a relaxing summer vacations, students were welcomed back to the school wholeheartedly. School reopening ceremony gave a kick start to the new academic year. Correspondent Very Rev Fr Walter DMello, Headmaster Rev Fr Clifford Pinto, Parish Pastoral council Vice President Mr Walter Monis and Secretary Mr Gilbert Pinto and PTA Vice President Mr Ramesh were present. The program began by lighting the lamp, signifying the light as the source of knowledge. A venerating prayer session to seek God’s blessings created a devotional reverence.

The new academic year was symbolically inaugurated in a creative manner. Headmaster rendered his words of welcome. Newly appointed staff members were introduced and welcomed to the institution. Teachers performed a welcome dance that overwhelmed the students. Headmaster addressed the students instructing the rules and regulations.  Correspondent in his message advised the students to be studious, actively take part in all activities and be responsible. The ceremony concluded by chorus singing the school anthem. Teacher Blendin Rodrigues proposed the words of welcome and compered the program
