An awareness program on “Scientific Solid Waste Management” was organized by the Belthangady Town Panchayath, under the theme “Our Step Towards Cleanliness”, for the students of Holy Redeemer Educational Institutions on December 11.

Mr. Subhash, the supervisor of the Saahas team, shared information through visual media on the methods of managing household and environmental waste. Town Panchayath staff members Gayathri and Ranjitha extended their support for the program. The interactive session gave many insights to the students on waste management.

Teacher Blendin Rodrigues of Holy Redeemer English Medium School, welcomed the gathering, and Teacher Helen Tauro of Church Higher Primary School, delivered the vote of thanks.
