‘Parents and Teachers are the two main pillars to strengthen the growth of the Students’
PTA Annual General Body Meeting of Holy Redeemer English Medium School was held on June 28 in the school auditorium.
The program began with a prayer song sung by the teachers. Teacher Shreelatha wholeheartedly welcomed the gathering.
PTA secretary Teacher Elvita Maria Pais presented the minutes of the previous meeting held during the end of the previous academic year.
Correspondent Very Rev Fr Walter DMello, Headmaster Rev Fr Clifford Pinto and PTA Vice President Mr. Ramesh were present.
Ms. Chaitanya Rai, the school topper in the SSLC board examination 2025 was honored by the dignitaries for securing 619 marks and gaining 7th rank in the State.
The joy of 100% results in SSLC board exam for the 10th consecutive time was shared. Correspondent presented a memento to the Headmaster and class 10 subject teachers for striving towards the successful results.
Headmaster introduced the newly appointed Teachers Mrs. Shwetha, Mrs. Namitha, Mrs. Keerthana, Mrs. Chethana, Ms. Jesvita, Mr Sandeep and office clerk Mrs Winny while the Correspondent formally welcomed them to the school presenting a flower
Students securing full attendance during the previous academic year were awarded by the Headmaster.
Correspondent addressed the gathering advising the parents and teachers to be watchful over the overall development of students
Rev Fr Dr Alwin Serrao, Principal of St Anthony’s College in Naravi, a renowned writer and dramatist, recipient of many awards, was the resource person. Teacher Pallavi introduced the guest.
He conducted an interactive session on the inter personal relationship between the Teachers, Parents and Students, to work hand in hand ultimately to find success and laurels.
The headmaster explained the rules and regulations, and narrated the changes that will be implemented in the school this academic year.
Teacher Vinitha Moras proposed the vote of thanks and Teacher Renita Lasrado compered the program.
The meeting concluded with the school anthem. Refreshments were served after the meeting.
