‘Rain begins with a single drop, learning begins in a joyous group’

The tiny tots of Kindergarten of Holy Redeemer English Medium School celebrated the Rainy day with pleasure and fun.

As the monsoon rain brings smiles and freshness to nature, Rainy day celebration brought joy and happiness to the children.

Prayer song sung by the kids with their sweet voices gave a beautiful start to the celebration.

Correspondent Very Rev Fr Walter DMello greeted the children with an action song.

The blue color theme of the dress made them feel special and delighted. Children enjoyed their day singing related rhymes and action songs. Various activities conducted kept them busy and curious. With their colorful umbrellas on, children enjoyed the pitter patter rain drops outdoors. Added to this was the paper boat activity, where they experienced the most common childhood activity with friends.The Rainy day celebration added charm to the pages of childhood memories of the students.

Kindergarten teachers Mrs Shanthi Pereira, Mrs Akhida Banu and Ms Jesvita initiated the event.
